Pandemic. Coronavirus. Remote learning. Social distancing. These are all words that make me stressed out just to type. But for most people around the world, these are words we have not been able to escape the past few weeks.
Hearing about so much tragedy and disease can feel overwhelming and be overstimulating especially in the minds of teens who have never been through a time like this.
